9/13/2023 - 9/22/2023: Phase 1 Grading

9/25/2023 - 10/6/2023: Phase 1 Sidewalk

10/05/2023 - 10/07/2023: Mobilize to Phase 1, Begin on Pipe Conduit

10/09/2023 - 10/14/2023: Complete Pipe Conduit and begin Phase 1 Grading

10/16/2023 - 10/21/2023: Complete Phase 1 Grading - begin on sidewalks

10/23/2023 - 10/28/2023: Work on Phase 1 Sidewalks
