The City of Kindred provides water and sewer treatment services to residents. For the full document of utility policies or to register for City of Kindred Utility Billing Services, please read the Utility Billing Policy Form. Properties that receive water and sewer services are combined on one monthly utility bill that is due on the 15th of each month. Also included on this bill are fees for garbage services, lagoon project, equipment reserve fund, and compost/forestry fund.

This form is for new customers registering for services when purchasing or renting a property within the City's service area.

Water Service Disconnect/Connect Request Form 

This form is used to request the water services to be shut off or turned on at the curb stop by Public Works.
